Red Tent Women Retreat

There are red tents all over the world. These are places where women meet to share their inner knowledge, inner meaning, wisdom, beauty, power, vulnerability and tenderness.
It used to be places where women retire during menstruation to strengthen, nourish, and celebrate (and rest together). But they have always been places that are simply nourishing, precious, and soothing places for Women are those who bring us back to our natural power and wisdom and who enable us to find each one where she is in life and to value others. Being there again helps us to go out into the world in new, powerful ways and to sing our own song.
 
In this retreat in beautiful Arambol, we will go deep into the topics of a „feminine life“ in Goa.
If you want to approach yourself with openness and joy and want to find out which woman you really are, what femininity means for you and what you want to incorporate from the newly experienced into your work, your service and your life, you are cordially invited.

We will immerse ourselves deeply and bring treasures to the surface, which can change your way of life in a deep, powerful and beneficial way.

In this special retreat you will learn different ways and tools that you can use and share in your work with individuals and groups.
So you will receive tools for encounter and conversation, physical, mindfulness and perception exercises (to arrive in your own body) you will practice to anchor yourself consciously and instantly in your own body,  through the connection between heaven and earth, you will learn a positive relationship to your own femininity. The beauty and development of your own body, etc.), ways to explore one’s own female cycle and build a loving, nourishing relationship with it, as well as finding approaches to inner wisdom and inner knowledge.

We will continue to work with creative writing and painting, yoga, healing rituals, heart and power songs, sounds, threshold experiences and times in nature, with tarot cards and plant helpers, the frame drum, times of silence and an attentive exchange in a supportive group of women.

You will also receive a wealth of background knowledge, impulses and inspirations as well as hands-on exercises that you can use to evaluate and integrate into your life and work.
